expungement of a felony
Hi i was convicted of manufacturing/distribution in 2006 and i was wondering if i am able to expunge my felony at any time. I live in maryland and ive searched the internet but havent come up with any substantial answers they all somewhat beat around the bush please email or call me.

Re: expungement of a felony
You may only expunge the case if you received a probation before judgment after the conviction. If not, you may be able to ask the Court to review your case now, but there are limitations. You need to provide more details. Feel free to contact me with said details.
