Expungement for a Misdemeanor
I was convicted in 2006 of a misdemeanor-making a false statement to a police officer. I pled guilty and received probation/community service. Can this be expunged?

Not unless you received a PBJ - a Probation Before Judgment. You may however apply for a pardon. If you would like to discuss your options further, give me a call or email.
