This depends on how your case was resolved. You can get an expungement after a Probation Before Judgment in most circumstances, stet, nolle pros, or not guilty. You can file the motion at the clerk's office in the court in which your case was handled. The cost is $30 for each case, and they have the forms. You can also get an attorney to do it for you if you need help.
