what can i do if i have received 2 unfair guilty decisions due to the fact that a family member is a well know attorney in my county?

You can ask for a new trial within 10 days of any conviction.
You also have the right to appeal any convictions to the Circuit Court within 30 days of conviction in District Court and to the Court of Special Appeals within 30 days of conviction in the Circuit Court.
If the Court of Special Appeals did not reverse your conviction or give you a new trial, you could then try and appeal to the Court of Appeals.
