Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
falsely accused
My friend and her boyfriend had a dispute on three different occasions. The police was called all three times. On two of the occasions my friend lied and said that her boyfriend hit her. Now he's in jail facing 60 years for domestic abuse over two lies that she told. Can you give us advice on what should she do to overturn the conviction and save both of them; him from jail time and her from perjury.
