Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I have a felony conviction in montgomery county maryland. It is a first time offense. I don't have any other felony and mistermeanor charges. How do I get this expunged from my record? This conviction is stopping me from moving forward in my career.I filed at the court and they told me I was not eligible to get it expunged. I paid the money to the company and did complete 6 month probation and community service. Is there anything I can do to get this taken off my record?

If you have a conviction (not a probation before judgment), you aren't eligible for expungement unless you file a motion and go back to court. Whether this will work depends on a few factors, you need to contact me with the case details.
