Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

File pleading with judge

I need to file a pleading with the judge to enter a judgment on nolle pros on a case pending before him or to request that the bench warrant be lifted so I may return to the States without being arrested. I prefer not to get a lawyer.

Re: File pleading with judge

You can get a motion form from the District Court of Maryland, but it is much more likely that your motion will be granted if you get a lawyer. Especially since what you are talking about ("motion on nolle pros") makes no sense. If you have a warrant, you need to have a good reason for not being in court and/or hire a lawyer or file a motion to get rid of the warrant.
