Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

Found Guilty..

IF I'm found guilty does that mean the case can't be exsponged.If I need a lawyer will you help me.If someone is doing a background check on you how far do they go back when doing the background.How long does a crimmal charge stay on your record?will a crimmal charge drop off in 7 years or does it follow you for the rest of your life.please help me...

Found Guilty..

If you are found guilty of a criminal charge, the conviction stays on your record for the rest of your life. The conviction cannot be expunged. Therefore it is prudent to have a criminal lawyer, like myself, assist you in this matter.
