Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Fraud
My ex fiance received a check in both of our names. He has forged my signature on it and cashed it for himself, when the money in fact is mine. How do I go about pressing charges so that I can get my money back, and for the fraud of forging my signature on the check?
