Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
My friend drove my car with no insurance and expired tags and I wasn't aware until I got a call saying my car was totaled in a car accident. Now today the police called and asked me to come to the station to get some tickets? should I go? he said if I didn't come he would get a order a warrant?

Yes, you should go and have the tickets served on you. Otherwise, you run the risk of being arrested on an open warrant in the event of a traffic stop.
