FTA warrant

I had a summons for a court date that was never delivered to me and found out there was a FTA warrant issued for my arrest via mail. I was given numerous answers when I asked why the summons was never served. what rights do I have concerning getting this espunged?

You need to hire a lawyer immediately, because we can file a motion to quash this warrant and almost certainly get you a new court date. Don't delay - before you are arrested on the warrant!

The initial charging document requires an immediate response. Otherwise you risk being arrested on the bench warrant. Contact an attorney.
