What could happen??
What can happen in court if the gentlemen that called the police gave a false name to law enforcement and isn't going to show up for the trial date because he has a warrant for his arrest?

Re: What could happen??
If the State needs this person to prove the case, they will have insufficient evidence go forward. The State can either drop the charges, ask for a postponement, or ask for a body attachment (if the person was personally served).
