our home was attacked by a bomb ,persons have been cauhgt and charged ,displced our family our homeowners is paying all damages ,do we have acase in maryland against them for damages

Most likely YES. Destruction of property can be both a criminal & private civil wrong. Damages can be had for the reduction in property value and so forth. However, please keep in mind that your homeowners policy may contain certain rights for the insurance company to recapture any damages so you don't collect twice.
