Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
''Illegal Camera Phone Use''
Recently, an associate confessed that they secretly video taped me participating in ''bedroom activities'' He said it was done by camera phone and video. As this was without my consent, is this punishable by law?

Re: ''Illegal Camera Phone Use''
Camera phone and video to secretly record bedroom activities? I doubt it.
Before you prefer charges, I would look further into this alleged technology to determine whether such could've been mustered for use in your particular situation or whether, perhaps, your associate is having a little fun, so to speak, at your expense.
