Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
illegal search&seizure
help please,someone told the police i was growing 18 to 20 marijuana plants in my yard that is posted, police come and say they walk the curtilige of the property and see 3 plants growing near my property but off my property and get a search warrant the next day for my house and property, my question,is this illegal search & seizure,thank you for any info--name removed--

If the police can see your marijuana plants from off your property, that is sufficient for them to get a search warrant.
