Case facts:
1. Arrested & charged w/ 3 charges
2. Lawyers obtained, Plea of guilty to 1 charge goes in & 6 months go by til court date
3. Court Hrg_ Judge states past 6 months were ''PBJ'' and case is closed that day.......Nothing else!
Is that ''PBJ'' considered--name removed--conviction?

A PBJ is not a conviction, and can be expunged after 3 years.
