Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

Judical Get Out Of Jail Free

My son has been denied Due Process, right to a speedy trail and and several of his constitutional rights and was not aware of his charges until detained. My son has incarcerated for over a year without a trial. His alleged victim was has committed several crimes with in a year that have been heard have been STET. Who I contact and not hurt my son's chances of a fair hearing because I know there has been some coaching of witnesses. The victim seems to have a get out of jail free card as long as my son has not gone to trial. He has an attorney. Once again who can I contact if I believe that my son has had his rights violated by my local judicial system?

Certainly not Jerry Lewis! You're on the right track by getting on LawGuru, where you can find a good criminal defense LAWYER. And if you're broke, call the Public Defender (who is also a lawyer).
