Juvenile Criminal Law Question
There are numerous charges that could be brought upon a mother who harbors her escaped daughter from a group home. The best approach is as you suggested, get a lawyer, make arrangements for the return of the daughter, and then, if the mother wants the daughter to live with her, to petition the court for a re-hearing on the group home placement.
