Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
can i go to juvi for the following?
can i go to juvi if....im going to court for assault....my friends and i were going to another friends house when we saw a guy and his gang that jumped us many times standing in the path to go to my friends house....so i picked up a broken glass....placed it in my pocket and kept on walking....then the guy whose taking me to court punched me in the face and all his friends tried to jump me then i took the broken glass out my pocket and started swinging....i did not touch anyone with it it was just to make them go away then....i left cause they ran away then...i went home and was taking out the trash....and the guy whose taking out the trash called the school cop and he was around my house when he saw me going inside with a knife then he stopped me and arrested me......im an ap student at school makes the honor roll....and the other guy is in a gang he jumps people in my area....a couple of times he pulled a gun on me....he showed people on my track team the gun.....and i told the same cop the guy whose taking me to court called and he arrested me and he never did anything all he keeps on telling me was if i get u a fight with the guy in skool hes going to lock me up....
