What is the term to use when one accepts the evidence put forward by the other party (does not contest or cross-examine)?

If you are talking about a plea, it would be "nolo contendre" or "no contest." Some Maryland jurisdictions also allow a plea of "not guilty, statement of facts" in which you accept the facts as alleged, but do not admit guilt
