Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Length of time felony convictions stay on your criminal record
Three years ago, I was convicted of a non-violent felony. My question is basically how long will this stay on my record and what do I need to do if I can get it removed?

A conviction cannot be removed from your record. The type of inquiry that is being made will determine the extent of information to be provided. A felony conviction is usually not expungable.
