getting my license back

How can I get a resticted license. And arranged a payment plan.

Were you suspended for unpaid tickets? The only answer is to pay the tickets in full OR have them scheduled for trial and appear in court. Unless the judge gives an extended deadline to pay the fines, Maryland does not take payment plans.
