Malicious Vandalism and Underage Drinking
A 18 year old was arrested for malicious vandalism, he threw a rock through a window, and 2 unopened beers were found in his and partner's dorm room. He cooperated with officer when caught, and made statement of guilt. No priors. What can he expect punishment wise?

There is no set punishment for this set of facts. Punishment is based on the mood of the Judge at the time, the enthusiam of the prosecutor and the skill of the defense lawyer. Going to Court without an attorney will generally, but not always, result in a more severe punishment.
