marijuana possession first offense
I was charged with possession of under 1/2 oz of weed, which is my first offense. I was pulled over and the cop found 1 gram in the car but after searching the car they found the hotel key and room number that i was staying in for the night. After searching the room they found an additional 5 grams (2 already rolled up). I was wondering what type of jail time or fine i might face?
