misdemeanor theft under 500
If I plead gulity to this charge can I get it explunged off my record?

Only if the guilty plea is stricken by the judge and a probation before judgment is granted.

If you are granted probation before judgment, you can file an expungement after 3 years from the day of sentencing. As long as you are NOT convicted of a new offense in that 3 year interim or have a pending criminal/jailable traffic case at the time of filing, the Court will likely sign an expungement order.
