Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Modification of felony case?
In 2000 I was convicted of two charges manuf/dist CDS & poss w/i dist CDS, my lawyer filed a motion for modification in 2002 and I received PBJ on both. What does this mean for me am I still considered a felon, will this help get jobs or is it worth nothing ?? THX

If the judge granted PBJs, then the convictions were withdrawn. As long as you fulfilled the conditions of probation, the convictions should not appear on your record.
