Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
modification of sentencing, sub curia
After recieving a criminal conviction of theft (felony), the judge gives 90 days to file a motion of modification. The motion was filed and it has been approx. 5 years since the motion has been filed. What is the deadline for filing for a hearing on modification sub curia?

I don't believe there is a deadline. You should file a request for a hearing.
