Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
if my mother and sibling has represented my 16yr. old son in court without my knowledge can I file any type of charges?

If they are non-lawyers attempting to practice law, they could be charged with a crime. But I can only assume that by "represented" you didn't mean that they were practicing law. Please clarify.
