Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

A few weeks ago my dorm room at a 5000 student university in Maryland was raided and they found an ounce of pot 2 scales,and a bagged gram.My question is if its worth me going to court and trying to fight it or agree to realese information on my supplier.I was told i'd have to wear a wire and purchase pot from him.If i do realese information will i have to testify in court against them.I am 18 and this is the first offense on my record..i was wondering do i have a chance of not getting kicked out or jail time in court or should i release the information.
