I was arrested by a police officer for obstruction & Hindering after he said I give him an incorrect name. What are my chances in court?

Your chances of sucess in Court, particulaly in a criminal case, like yours, is much better with a lawyer. When contested in Court, most obstruction and hindering charges, by giving a false name, don't stand up. Talk to a criminal defense lawyer, like myself.
