Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I am on parole for 2nd degree assault.Could my victim partition the court to have my sentence reduced or dismissed so I could get off parole.

They can't formally petition, but that can send a letter to the department of corrections of your behalf. Best of luck.
