Petty Theft
As you probably are aware from the charging document, you are facing 15 years in jail on the theft over $500.00 charge and 18 months on the theft under. First, do not discuss your case with anyone other than a lawyer. Any statements made to another can be used in Court against you, while statements made to an Attorney are confidental. You should contact a criminal trial lawyer, like myself. Now is the time to begin working on the defense of your case. You may contact me at 410-828-9363 for a free consultation.
