Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Plea Bargin
I've been indited with 2 counts of theft over $500. I have a previous conviction of Aggrevated Theft.
The states wants me to plea guilty to one count to Aggrevated Theft. I'm inocent but because I have a previous conviction is causing me to be judged before proving my innocents.
Would I have better luck having a jury trial? Then Plea barging?
