Can a probation before judgement prevent you from getting a job/

A probation before judgment is not a conviction, BUT until it is expunged, it will show up on your arrest record. Thus, an employer may be able to find out about it. Generally, after successful completion of probation and after 3 years, you can expunge a PBJ.
