have my privacy rights been violated
a bounty hunter showed up at my door and informed me that since i have a phone in my name for my ex boyfriend who is now wanted that he is gonna have me charged w/aiding a fugitive even though i had no idea he was wanted, he then informed me of information that he obtained from my checking account, told me he had been following me and even went through my trash, i am wondering if this is legal since i have committed no crime

Don't talk to this "bounty hunter" again. If he shows up, or if you see him around you, call the police on him.
