Re: Probation Violation
By now you should have reported to the Department of Parole and Probation. Should this not be the case and a period of time has elapsed you need to contact an attorney. A violation notice may be in process or have issued.
Regarding your inability to complete community service you should contact an attorney to represent this matter before the court. This provision of your sentence may be waived or alternate sentencing may apply. I need to know the charges and the history of your case.
Where you have not complied with the terms set forth in the order of probation, the court may be in the process of violating your probation and seeking your detention through a bench warrant.
