Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Proof of expunged record
at time of court judge stated if no more arrests in two years case record would be expunged
No way to prove this was done
Courthouse shows no record but homeland security knows it is there
Do I need to get a lawyer to prove this or are there other ways.

Expungements are not automatic. You must file a request, which you can file with the Court in which your case was heard. Call a lawyer if you have questions.
