Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Purgery
Is there a penalty in Maryland for creating and labeling a minor child with a disease and signing a court document under penalty of purgery when the child was not diagnosed with any such disease? If so what is it and who would need to file charges of criminal intent?

Re: Purgery
Perjury - punishable by imprisonment no greater than 10 years D.O.C. You could try and file these charges with the commissioner if you have proof.
