Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
question
i have a son that got arrested 4/16/09 and he is 16 and we dont know where they sent him and im worried they didnt tell us how long he was gonna be there or where they sent him or notten what about what gonna happen when he comes out???

The law requires parents to be notified. But I can tell you most likely he is being processed through Seven Locks and will be transferred to the Noyes Childrens center in Rockville. You may want to call the Commissioner, their number is available online. Go to www.jasoncleckner.com and click on the link to Maryland State Courts and then find commissioner locations.
