questions to ask a states attorney
I have an upcoming case, for an open container. Should I try to talk to the states attorney, if so, what questions should I ask him to try to get a nolle prosequi?

There are too many factors to consider. There could have been any number of issues with the case. In all likelihood, if you are a first offender, you can do community service to get a nolle. Consult an attorney with more details.
