Reconsideration
If you take an ABA plea, and the judge tells you to file for reconsideration, when come up for your reconsideration who decides, what the recosidered time will be the Judge or the States Attorney?

The judge decides, the States Attorney is entitled to comment, and make sure you have a good presentation or a good lawyer to make a presentation to the judge to overcome whatever the State might say.
