I have a crimmal charge for confined unattened child which wasn't my fault.When I paid a friend to watch my son for 1 day while i went to work in the morning because my babysitter councelled on me 1hour before it was time for me to go to workand my friend that was suppose to watch my son took my 175.00 and left my son in the house .The police came to my job to inform me that my son was left alone.i want to get this off my record so I can presue my caree.please help

The best way to get a charge off your record is to get a not guilty. To do that you need to contact a criminal lawyer now, while the case is still in the early stages.
