Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

recording phone calls

My 12 year old daughter came home today and told me that she has to use her father's mother's cell phone to call me when she is at their house. Her father and I have been divorced since 2004 have joint custody of my daughter since this past May. Before then I had sole custody. My daughter was told that her phone conversations with me were being recorded. I live in Maryland as do they and I know that Maryland is a two party state. What do I do?

Re: recording phone calls

Go to the commissioner in your county and file charges. Or if they won't take it, contact your local law enforcement agency or the State's Attorney's office.
