Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
requesting a hearing
I have a frined who was cahrged with conspiracy to committ cds. However, due to his daughter's medical condition, he felt obligated to take the plea. After being assigned unsupervised probation he was actually forced to do supervised probation. He is merely trying to get this expunged off his record to possibly get a better job to provide for his family. What steps should he take to clear this situation up?

You have 90 days from the date of sentencing to request a modification from the judge that heard the case. This must be done in writing.
