search & seizure warrant

When served with a search & seizure warrant, does it have to be signed by a judge.

Yes a warrant must be judicially approved or any evidence obtained through an illegal search is considered "fruit of a poisionous tree" and is not admissable. Speak to an attorney for legal advice.
