Sentence modification
I think i may be able to request a Modification of my sentence as a result of a guilty plea for a DUI. Where can i find instructions on how to do this. I know i only have 90 days to do this, but need the necessary documents. It has already been 60 days since trial

You can get a model motion form from the court clerk and fill it out by yourself, but it would probably be better to have a lawyer do it for you if you want to have any hope of the motion being granted.
