Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
I was sentenced to 30 yrs. for second degree murder and 15 years consecutive for
robbery with a deadly weapon. Since the crimes occurred at the same time with one
victim, is this sentence legal? if not, why not?

No, it's not an illegal sentence, those crimes wouldn't merge.
