Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
sentencing guidelines
I was looking at sentencing guidelines and noticed on the one of the matrix it just had the 'p' listed for a sentencing guideline, does that mean a judge will determine how long the probation will be etc.?

yes, but keep in mind that Md. state court guidelines are not binding.
