sexual abuse and video
i have been fasely accused by my step daughter of trying to video her in the shower and sexual abuse both cases was investigated by a detective and they closed both cases. she went a second time and said she forgot to tell them that i touched her with was not true she is 16 at both times she went. she went to social service and they told her not to come to my wife and i hiouse or church anywhere around me. and social service also interviewed me and said for my safety not to be around her. she even spoke to my pastor and told him what social service said. but she has been to the church around me and my wife. i wont to know can i get a RESTRAINING ORDER on her.

Yes you should go to the District Court and file a peace order. The worst the judge could do is deny it.
