Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
shoplifting/under $15
I was in Macys the other day and I stole a pair of socks that were worth under $15. I am a college student just turned 20 i have no criminal record, i have lots of community service experience, good student and a varsity athlete...i was followed to my car and when driving away an employee wrote down my license plate number which is registered to my dad. What should i do from here? I have not been contacted by the store or police yet. It is only the day after. Please respond ASAP. thank you

There is nothing to do at this point. If Contacted by the police. DO NOT MAKE ANY STATEMENTS. Contact a criminal lawyer, like myself.
